Privacy policy
This page explains how we handle information you share with us through keithbuysnw.com, especially the seller estimate form.
What we collect
When you submit the form, we collect the details you provide: property address, condition and situation, timeline, and your name, phone number, and email. If you call or text (503) 207-5577 or email [email protected], we also keep the information you share so we can respond.
How we use it
We use this information only to contact you about your property and to prepare a fair cash offer estimate. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Sharing
We may share your information with a title or escrow company, or with another investor buyer, only when needed to evaluate or close a purchase you asked us about. We may also use basic hosting and form-storage tools that process the data on our behalf.
Opt out
You can stop further contact anytime. Text STOP to (503) 207-5577, or email [email protected] and ask us to remove your information. We will honor that request for future outreach about your property inquiry.
